- Welcome by the Chairman.
- To receive and accept apologies from members unable to attend.
- To receive declarations of interest from members on any item to be discussed at this meeting.
- To approve and sign the Minutes of the Last Meeting> held on the 13th January, 2026.
- Open forum for Public Participation (maximum 10 minutes): an opportunity to hear from members of the public.
- To discuss Matters Arising from the Minutes of the last meeting which are not on the agenda.
- To receive Reports from County Councillor and District Councillors.
- To receive Updates on Items from the Minutes of the Last Meeting:
- Broadband in the Village – to receive further updates from Cllr Kerr,
- Saffron Housing Parking,
- Anglian Water sewer problem.
- To receive Playingfield Report and updates on repairs carried out.
- To discuss and comment on Planning Applications received and related matters -
Ref: 2026/0266 Old School House, Trunch Hill. Erection of raised playhouse with veranda and steps.
Ref: 2026/0254,55 Ivy Farm, Darrow Green Road. Demolition of existing garage building and store. Erection of new residential annex for family member. - Finance: To approve payments to be made:
- Clerk Salary,
- Community Heartbeat Trust £162.00.
