Members of the public are welcome to attend.

1. Welcome by the Chair.
2. To receive and accept apologies from members unable to attend.
3. To receive declarations of interest from members on any item to be discussed at this meeting.
4. To approve and sign the minutes of the last meeting held on 08-09-26.
5. Open forum for Public Participation (maximum 10 minutes): an opportunity to hear from members of the public.
6. To discuss Matters Arising from the Minutes of the last meeting which are not on the Agenda.
   Cllr Kerr to update on Broadband coverage for the village.
7. To receive Reports from the County Councillor and District Councillors.
8. To receive Updates on Items from the Minutes of the Last Meeting:
   • CAF funding receipt,
   • Geoffrey Watling Charity grant receipt,
   • Plough Day donation,
   • Tuesday Food club donation.
   CIL remainder needs to be spent by end financial year March 27. What can it be used for.
9. To receive Playingfield Report and updates on repairs carried out.
10. To discuss and comment on Planning Applications received and related matters:
    
    • Ivy Farm change of garage size 2026/2585,
      
    • Ivy Farm change to original planning reference 2026/2025 - treatment of bargeboards, soffits,fascias etc.
11. Finance: To approve payments to be made:
    • Clerk Pay,
    • Village hall payment,
    • South Norfolk dog bin charge,
    • Alburgh shared dog bin charge.
    Receipt of Part Payment from Bungay Outney Common.
12. Any Other Business:
    For discussion/information only, the council may not make decisions on these items.
    
    • Concern arising from email regarding National Scheme of Delegation for Planning Functions,
13. To agree items for the next meeting to be held on 12th January 2027 at 7.30 pm.
