1. Welcome by the Chairman.
2. To receive and accept apologies from members unable to attend.
3. To receive declarations of interest from members on any item to be discussed at this meeting.
4. To approve and sign the Minutes of the Last Meeting> held on the 14th January, 2025.
5. Open forum for Public Participation (maximum 10 minutes): an opportunity to hear from members of the public.
6. To discuss matters arising from the minutes of the last meeting which are not on the agenda.
7. To receive Reports from County Councillor and District Councillors.
8. To receive Updates on Items from the Minutes of the Last Meeting:
   • Sale of Shredder,
   • Broadband in the Village – update from Cllr Kerr,
   • Clothing Bank – has this now been moved?
   • Saffron Housing Parking,
   • Anglian Water - Sewer Problem.
9. To receive Playingfield report.
10. To discuss Health and Safety Policies.
11. To discuss and comment on Planning Applications received and related matters.
12. Finance: To approve payments to be made:
    Clerk's Salary, Norfolk Parish Training and Support.
13. Any Other Business:
    For discussion/information only, the council may not make decisions on these items.
14. To agree items for the next meeting: 13th May, and to set the date for the Annual Parish Meeting..
